December 02 triathlonOne of the most stupid ideas in the world for sure is the triathlon ! And of course i am stupid enough to join in this Triathlon races ! İn Alanya here organisations like Rafting Triathlon or MTB duathlon are hold ! That's even more crazy than ordinary Triathlon - but my advantage is that they dont start with swimming what is my most worse part ! At every race i promise myself that this is the last event i do - just to go for the next race than ! But i can NOT recoment it is really STUPİD !!!!
So take this as a fair and serious warning to all my friends okay ? And if You dont follow my recomendation - dont tell that i did not warn You ! December 01 My shopof course i live - from my shop ! I was aducatet as a postman - what was not enough for a man like me cause i feel myself at least medium inteligent so - i mooved to turkey where i saw pretty good buissnes chances !

My problem is that i work too much - so far so good - i try to manage it better again - but it's me to stupid or my workers ?

motorbike ridingSince i have my own motorbike shop - it sounds unlogical but i dont have so much time anymore to ride motorbike as i used to have before !
From Germany i visited all southern Europe by motorbike untill i endet up here ! Here in southTurkey i do have the perfect weather to ride motorbike - but no more time huhu ....
So i go for the off road tours when friends from abroad come and force me ! The aerea surrounding Alanya is perfect for Enduro riding. İm used to show my visitors historical citys around here (already boring for me ) and have fresh fish in a specail Restaurant here in the mountains ( will never ever be boring and is allways very tasty)!
My sport life & mountainbikingThe most important hobby in my life is Sport! After i played Badminton for 20 Years in Germany where i have unfortunatly no more pics from i startet in Turkey with mountainbike races and triathlon ! That was agood reson for me to stop smoking already 8 years ago. The best and most exiting events are outdoor Triathlons or Duathlons , unfortunatly not many of them are hold in Turkey !
Ordinary Triathlon on olympic distance is hold in Alanya each October and i finished it 5 times. Please dont ask for my results - i am swimming like a 'leadduck' !
My next goal is a halfmarathon next year - who knows may be later i will look for a REAL Marathon ?
But mt new sport is just and only mountainbiking ! HEY i am international Northern Cyprus Champion (in age group 40 + haha ) .
Proudly i can tell about vistorys in Adana and Ankara race and a good second place at the MTB cup Alanya 2003.
No other sport is as exiting as mountainbiking ! The training in the lonely dirtroads here far away from cars, noises and fume give me the personal freedom that I need ! What a shame that there is never enough time for it during summer mounth . I was even riding with the 2000 Olympic Champion Bart Brantjes who joined in the Alanya MTB cup 2001- You see him on a pic with me in front of my shop! (İt was BEFORE we startet better You dont see how exostet i was after haha) .
